Our goal is to place homeless dogs into loving homes and families. We take special care to match you with a dog compatible to your lifestyle. To ensure the best matches are made, we have a process that has been proven effective in determining the best homes for our dogs. 

 

We provide quality care for our dogs prior to adoption.  a current vet check, up to date on all routine immunizations. Spay/neutered, microchipped, monthly flea/tick prevention and more.

Step 1 – Fill out a Compatibility Questionnaire.

The first step is to have you fill out a adoption questionnaire below. This will tell us about you and your lifestyle, and what you need from your companion to live in harmony.

Step 2 – Meet compatible dogs!

Either at an adoption event or by making an appointment to visit our rescue, you can meet several dogs compatible to your lifestyle. You’re welcome to visit as many times as you need to.

 

The process can go as quickly or as slowly as you want or need. We ask everyone in the family meets the dogs before deciding on adoption. A team member will contact you to set up a time.

 

We're flexible on meeting times as we're always here. But not always able to stop what we're doing to assist you. If you stop by, we most likely will not have the time or the yard open for use to meet dogs right at that moment.

Step 3 – We bring your dog home!

This is a non-invasive transition from our home (family style rescue facility) to yours. Ensuring a smooth transition keeps our dogs happy! We will bring a care package and go over your dogs eating schedule etc. We bring all their medical records to go over with you and answer any questions. If you have other pets, we can do an introduction and problem solve if there is room for improvement.

Sometimes despite all our efforts things just don’t work out. SevaDog is committed to the life, health and wellbeing of every dog we place for the remainder of that dog’s life. Should the adoption not work out or you need to rehome the dog, we require, by contract, that the dog be returned to us. We’re here for you and your dog for life. We will always be there to support your dog and your family. We offer boarding, training, and emergency resources.

Adoption Fee

Our adoption fee’s range from $150-$175 for adults and up to $300 for puppies.  A fraction of what we’ve spent caring for your dog and the incredible care package your dog comes with.
